<description>CTS Training Assessor Gail Mahoney has nominated Maureen for our Learner of the Quarter Award because of her desire and outstanding dedication to complete her NVQ and become a qualified Senior Carer despite having no experience working in care. Gail explains, Maureen is a very helpful individual with a professional and caring approach. However when I first met her she new very little about working in care and lacked a great deal in confidence. Now she is not only a quality Senior Carer, oozing confidence, she has an NVQ qualification that matches her skills and job role helping and guiding all new staff, the transformation is fantastic.</description>
