MAGDALENA ADAMSZAK
NVQ Assessor, Shelly Barker has nominated Magdalena because of her desire to complete her qualification and become a qualified care assistant. “As English was her second language, Magdalena had to sit with dictionary in order to write her own reflective accounts. She was extremely determined to get herself through her own award. She did struggle, but kept motivated and achieved the NVQ on her own merit.” This determination makes evident the respect she has for her own personal development and for the care she gives to others.
CTS Operations Director, Penny Chandler, explains the advantages of CTS’s approach to NVQs, “as their preferred training provider, CTS works very closely with all of Orchard's homes ensuring their carers, regardless of background or academic ability, are all working at the same high standards Orchard Group expects from their workforce. Magdalena has overcome a language barrier to shine as a competent and proficient carer and we are very pleased to acknowledge her hard work by awarding her £100 prize and a certificate of achievement.” |
