Care Training Services offer the high quality delivery of NVQ qualifications, Levels 2, 3 & 4 in Health & Social Care and the Level 4 Registered Manager Award.  A robust training development programme is the set standard and is complemented with accommodating and encouraging work based assessors.

Care Training Services is an equal opportunities employer that embraces diversity and attempts to effectively support learners with additional learning needs.

To meet the needs of our customers we also provide a wide range of short courses such as, Manual Handling and Basic Food Hygiene, at a venue to suite our clients.

CTS’s watchword is flexibility and all of our team holds a common goal of the genuine desire to ensure that our learners succeed.  CTS’s qualification achievement rates are above national average.

Our managers are all aware of the tight financial constraints our industry faces and with this in mind they work in partnership with home managers to provide skills training and assessment.  This causes as little disruption to the running of the home as possible.

Our most important asset is our staff and at CTS everyone is handpicked for their care or nursing background and qualifications, coupled with the skills that they bring to the team.

The Care Standards Act 2000 requires that ‘staff are trained and competent to do their jobs’.  Why? to ensure that ‘service users are in safe hands’.  CTS strive to ensure that workers in today’s care sector are competently trained to meet tomorrow’s National Standards.

The good news is that most NVQs are government funded, either in part or in full.  Call now and one of our team members will be more than happy to assist you further on this matter.
