Upton Grange Residential Care Home in Upton, Wirral only opened August 2008 and in less than six months sixteen of their staff have successfully achieved an NVQ qualification evidencing their competence and the quality of care offered at Upton. | CTS Operations Director Penny Chandler said, "We have a wonderful working relationship with Orchard Care Homes and we work in partnership to roll out quality vocational training to newly recruited carers. We are so impressed we have decided to hold a special award ceremony at the home, to present the candidates with their NVQ certificates and badges." | |
